DRAW 60/65/70
DRAW 60/65/70 are drawing compounds used in deep drawing are known as boundary lubricants, the tooling & sheet metal surfaces are pressed so tightly together that the liquid is squeezed and forms a boundary preventing direct metal to metal contact under conditions of high temperature & pressure produced during drawing operations. Proper lubrication prevents friction, heat and increase the die life. Operating procedure: These can be used as it is or dilute with water as per requirement. Add water to draw 60/65/70 never add draw 60/65/70 to water. Mix it well apply the mixture on both side of the sheet metal and allow for deep drawing. Lubricants contains components that reduce friction & heat. These compounds produce enough lubricants for drawing application. Features:- Easily dispersed in water.
