AQUAL KOOLSYN-S is high performance, environmental friendly, semi-synthetic metal working fluid. AQUAL KOOLSYN-S is suitable for all moderate, heavy machining and grinding operations of all ferrous and its alloy metals. It is formulated with Corrosion inhibitor package and biocides, AQUAL KOOLSYN-S is designed to give good sump life with better tool life. Features:

• No hazardous materials like Charomates, Nitrites, Phosphates Free Chlorine.

• Reduces wheel loading and dressing frequency.

Direction for Use: AQUAL KOOLSYN-S should be diluted with water in the range of 10:1 to 60:1 depending upon the service of the operation, work piece material and water hardness. The following practices help in achieving the full benefits:

• Always add oil to water never the other way.
• Usage of low hardness(<100ppm),Low Chlorides(<30 ppm) water.
• Never add product directly to the sump. Add in the emulsion form.
• Always clean the sump thoroughly before a fresh charge.
