RPO 25, RPO 225
RPO 25 & RPO 225 are lubricating oil containing inhibitors and are generally applied by dipping, spraying or circulating. These serve as lubricants as well as temporary protectives. RPS 99, RPS 22
RPS 99 and RPS 22 are a dewatering fluid containing surface active agents, corrosion inhibitors and film forming materials dissolved in a solvent. On application, the solvent evaporates leaving a thin soft wax film. These oils can be applied at room temperature by dip or spray method. The film form over metal surface can be easily removed by dipping in a suitable solvent. The oil is recommended for protection of the work-piece against rusting during short storage between machining operations and protection of metal surfaces against corrosion caused by finger prints.
